These terms govern your use of Closeout CRM at closeoutcrm.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
Closeout CRM is project management software for trade contractors: projects, photos, measurements, proposals, e-signatures, and reporting. We may improve or change features over time.
You're responsible for your login credentials and for everyone you invite to your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your company.
Everything you enter — projects, photos, customer information, pricing — belongs to you. You grant us permission to store and process it only to run the service. You're responsible for having the right to upload the content you upload and for your obligations to your own customers, including how you use their contact information.
Paid plans bill through Stripe on the schedule you choose. Trials convert to paid unless canceled first. If payment fails, your workspace becomes read-only until billing is fixed; your data is not deleted. You can cancel anytime — service continues to the end of the paid period.
Roof measurements and instant estimates are computed from satellite and map data and are approximations — verify before quoting or ordering materials. Electronic signatures collected through the service record the signer's name, signature image, and timestamp; you're responsible for confirming e-signatures are legally sufficient for your documents and jurisdiction.
No unlawful use, no abusing or attempting to breach the service, no spamming through it, and no reselling it without our written agreement.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business.
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On request within 30 days of closure we'll provide an export of your data.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: support@closeoutcrm.com.
